March 10th, 2010As part of routine maintenance, the My Endpoint Protector Server and Administrative interface may experience anywhere from 90 to 120 minutes of service interruption while critical server updates are performed at the facility level. While not all systems may be offline, we are taking the precaution of listing all potentially impacted systems to ensure you have the information necessary to be prepared. 29-Dec-2009: Certificate Error
December 29th, 2009From the 29th of December 2009 until 05th of January 2010 the My Endpoint Protector Server Certificate displayed an error in web browsers caused by an expires Certificate Authority Root Certificate. This issue has been solved. In this period NO security risk has existed for users of My Endpoint Security.
