As part of our routine improvements to My Endpoint Protector the cloud servers have been updated. Users can from today on enjoy a faster and more responsive Administrative interface making work with My Endpoint Protector faster and more user-friendly. 15-Mar-2010: offline for 90-120 minutes

As part of routine maintenance, the My Endpoint Protector Server and Administrative interface may experience anywhere from 90 to 120 minutes of service interruption while critical server updates are performed at the facility level. While not all systems may be offline, we are taking the precaution of listing all potentially impacted systems to ensure you have the information necessary to be prepared. 29-Dec-2009: Certificate Error

From the 29th of December 2009 until 05th of January 2010 the My Endpoint Protector Server Certificate displayed an error in web browsers caused by an expires Certificate Authority Root Certificate. This issue has been solved. In this period NO security risk has existed for users of My Endpoint Security.

As part of routine maintenance, the My Endpoint Protector Server may experience anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes of service interruption while critical power infrastructure updates are performed at the facility level. While not all systems listed may be offline, we are taking the precaution of listing all potentially impacted systems to ensure you have the information necessary to be prepared.

Some routine maintenance is being done on the server grid which should not affect our servers. However it’s possible that it might cause our servers to restart onto a different node. The My.EndpointProtector.com Server might not be reachable for a few minutes.

15-Jul-2009: CET 07:00 to 09:00

Routine User Interface maintenance and improvements are being done on My Endpoint Protector that should not affect our servers. However it’s possible that it might cause our interface to be shown incorrectly during this time.
